Realizing the fact that the Storage & Terminal Facilities is the key success factor for OZ75’s distribution activities and in order to fulfil the guarantee on supplies, we are appointing a few reseller and vendors to support the supply-chain networks in most of the regions.
The benefits derived from this exercise shall be, but not limited to the following:
Ensuring consistent and constant supply availability while reducing dependencies over limited number of suppliers.
Reducing the logistic costs via reducing the dependencies to port/terminal availability.
Controlling petroleum products price fluctuation thus ensuring the customers received more value for their purchases and that longer-term commitments are kept at manageable prices.
Once production and distribution activities reached the optimum level, OZ75 could venture into retail market by opening its own fuel station network under OZ75 own brand name. Since pricing is seen to be on floating basis according to supply and demand OZ75 has an upper hand to attract the mass market as our production cost is kept at minimum. In its quest to be a major player in downstream activities, OZ75 will be exporting the products to the region where demand is already waiting to be fulfilled. We have already received orders from Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Timor Lests and Indonesia and will begin supplying upon availability on our production.
Realizing the fact that the consolidated supply-chains in distributions is the key success factor for OZ75’s trading activities and in order to fulfil the international contracts, we are planning and developing with regional resellers or traders to compliment with the business expansion as our stockists and consignee.
Under the ASEAN FREE TRADE AGREEMENT (AFTA), with our manufacturing license that issued by Ministry of International Trade and Industries (MITI), OZ75 as a manufacturer’s of petroleum products can provide Certificate of Origin (COO) and export’s documents (FORM D, FORM E) to our import client’s which they will enjoy the ‘IMPORT TAX & DUTIES’ exemption from their country subject to AFTA and government participation.
With the capabilities on OZ75 manufacturing products, we have position our company to supply and deliveries the products with a import tax incentives and grant from the AFTA programs to our importers. This could also mean that OZ75 shall establish strategic partnerships and develops our counterparties in ASEAN countries.
